Our Investment Access account is an interest bearing savings account specifically designed for the deposit of public funds. The interest rate for deposits is established on the first business day of each month, and interest credits are posted to the account with every statement cycle. The minimum balance necessary to earn interest is $2,500 and there are no service fees. Balances are secured by a portfolio of bank assets in accordance with the bank’s investment guidelines and all securities are held in a pooled fund at the Federal Reserve Bank.
